Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered production or before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

Returned items must:

• Be unused
• Be in their original condition
• Include original packaging

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or if we shipped the wrong item.

Refunds cannot be issued for packages that are still in transit.

If your shipment appears delayed, please contact us before contacting your payment provider so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
